Joy Junio

THIS SPACE: Joy Junio | Sales Admin

Joy is the organised, detail-driven force behind our Sales Department at This Space Real Estate. As our Sales Admin, Joy works closely with our sales agents to keep every listing, campaign and client record running smoothly, so our team can focus on getting the best results for buyers and sellers.

Joy brings solid real estate experience to the role. She has spent the last two years as a Real Estate Sales Assistant, where she prepared property reports, market research and listing documentation, generated leads and managed client databases. She knows her way around the industry's key tools, including RP Data, Pricefinder, Domain and realestate.com.au, and has also completed extensive industry training, with a focus on Data and Sales Administration.

Before real estate, Joy worked as a trainer and as a production line leader, and those roles gave her a sharp eye for quality, patience and a real talent for keeping things on track. Friendly, dependable and always eager to learn, Joy takes pride in making sure no detail is missed.
